How I can help
Counselling that meets you where you are
Whether you're facing something specific or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer a confidential space to talk, reflect, and find your way forward.
Areas I work with
What we can explore together
Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety can show up in many ways — constant worry, physical tension, panic, or a sense of dread you can't quite name. Together we'll explore what's driving it and develop ways to feel more grounded and at ease in your daily life.
Life Transitions
Change — even positive change — can unsettle us. Bereavement, relationship breakdown, career shifts, moving away from home, becoming a parent. I can help you process what's happening and find your footing again.
Low Mood & Depression
When everything feels heavy and motivation disappears, it can be hard to know where to start. Counselling offers a space to gently explore what's underneath and begin to reconnect with yourself.
Relationship Difficulties
Whether it's conflict with a partner, family tension, or difficulty connecting with others, we can work through what's getting in the way and explore healthier patterns of relating.
Adults & Young People
Growing up is complicated. School pressure, identity, friendships, family — it can all feel like a lot. I offer a safe, confidential space for adults and young people to talk freely, without judgment or pressure.
Self-esteem & Identity
Struggling to feel good enough, or unsure of who you are? These are deeply human experiences. Together we can gently explore where these feelings come from and build a kinder relationship with yourself.
My approach
As an integrative counsellor, I combine Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt approaches to provide counselling that is flexible and centred around your unique needs, experiences, and goals.
“You are the expert on your own life. My role is simply to walk alongside you.”
