About me

Hi, I'm Natasha

A qualified counsellor dedicated to providing a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for adults and young people.

Natasha Hillier, counsellor

My approach to counselling

As an integrative counsellor, I recognise that every person is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling, which is why I adapt each session to suit your individual needs, experiences, and goals. I offer a warm, empathic, and compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore whatever is coming up for you, at your own pace.

Whether you are facing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, grief, life changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you will be met with understanding and acceptance. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I believe that feeling heard, valued, and respected creates the foundation for meaningful change. Confidentiality is central to our work together, allowing you to speak openly, knowing that your privacy is respected within professional and ethical guidelines.

My practice is non-judgemental and inclusive. Whatever your story, you will be welcomed with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping you gain greater self-awareness, develop resilience, and move towards the life you want to live. You don't have to face life's challenges alone — I'm here to walk alongside you, providing support in a way that feels right for you.
